Camp Avis

It’s difficult to describe just how beautiful the area of Avis is, other than complete  perfection. Our camps are based out of the spacious, comforting and state-of-the-art Herdade de Cortesia, a hotel designed by a rower for rowers. The Herdade de Cortesia is luxurious in every way; each room is spacious, beautifully presented,  and overlooks rolling farmland viewed through wall-to-wall glass doors.

Interior view

From the Hotel to the lake, you will walk past one of 2 landmarks; an infinity swimming pool (tempting!) and an ultra-modern gymnasium. Our options are endless at GL Camps; covering everything from learning the basics to working hard. We encourage input and in return we offer direction. Evenings are set for workshops on nutrition, recovery, yoga movements and stretching; equipping your body through camp and beyond.
