While the UK grapples with grey skies and freezing winds, our rowing camps in Italy offer an exciting alternative, with mild Mediterranean weather and stunning sunlit waters.
Our camps provide top-tier equipment, bespoke training sessions, expert coaching from motor boat launches and the opportunity to explore Italy’s rich culture and cuisine.

Full board
Full board accommodation, offering nutritious meals to fuel your body throughout camp.
Transfers
Transfers from the airport are arranged for all participants, ensuring a stress-free journey from arrival to departure.
Coaching
Guidance from experienced rowing coaches, whose expertise and passion for rowing will help you enjoy and progress each day.
Video analysis
The camera never lies! Each coach will support your technical improvement through video feedback. At your request, videos will be shared with you.
Workshops
Evening workshops covering relevant topics including nutrition, recovery and race planning.

Just one hour south of Roma, Sabaudia is one of Gillian’s favourite rowing locations in the world (and she has enjoyed many!).
